Over the years my relationship to yoga has deepened and I see it as the mainstay of my mental, emotional & physical health. It keeps proving it to me day after day, year after year.
When I do yoga, I feel better.
One of the many benefits of yoga, is keeping my body physically able to participate in my other favourite pastime - surfing.
When I surf I feel better.
This physical practice is a fantastic cross trainer that will serve to keep you engaging with your passions for as long as possible. Yoga is an endless wellspring of possibility and the physical practice, Asana, is one of the doors that opens up the journey to a great many.
It's been such an honour to be a caretaker of this beautiful art, and to introduce it to awesome humans over the years.
